We are looking for a Traveller Relations Officer to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a pleasant experience, from pre-booking to post-stay. Excellent communication skills and customer service are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to travelers via chat, telephone and e-mail, ensuring that their requests receive a prompt response.
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests for check-in, stay and check-out, striving to provide quick and efficient solutions to any problems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for common requests, such as resetting Wi-Fi routers or solving other technical problems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Be comfortable with technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
