The essentials
Conciairgerie is for people whose home is their principal residence, or a commercial property whose use has been converted. The property must comply with local regulations on short-term rentals. The property must be perfectly habitable, equipped and furnished, and close to all amenities.

La Conciairgerie is a company that manages your short-term rentals. We are your trusted third party, enabling you to increase your income without having to deal with the hassle of renting.
With La Conciairgerie, you can take advantage of your absence to rent out your apartment effortlessly. Taking photos, creating your ad, managing reservations, welcoming travelers, cleaning and hotel linen, assistance: La Conciairgerie takes care of everything.
You don't have to make any effort to welcome visitors, all you have to do is indicate when your home is available.
We are now present in Paris and its inner suburbs, and will soon be available in Nice and Cannes.
Pricing and payments
We carefully write ads, select the most relevant distribution platforms for your property (Airbnb, HomeAway, Booking.com....) and dynamically manage rates.
The rental rate for your apartment will be adapted according to various criteria to ensure maximum profitability: (day of the week, seasons, market competition, local events).
We take care of the complete management of your rentals for a commission of 20%, including tax, of the amount of each rental.
Cleaning costs, which vary according to the size and number of beds in the apartment, are paid by travelers and set by us.
You can contact us using the dedicated form, indicating your contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to give you a detailed presentation of our services and answer any questions you may have.
Security
We attach particular importance to the selection of our travelers. We check that they have positive reviews on the various rental platforms. If these travelers don't have any reviews, we contact them by phone to check that they match your residence's specifications.
In addition to the insurance offered by certain third-party sites (e.g. Airbnb host guarantee of up to €800,000), we will ask you to maintain your comprehensive home or non-occupant owner's insurance for the duration of the rentals.
LA CONCIAIRGERIE encourages you to comply with tax regulations and declare the rental income generated by your property.
