Last experience from May 6 to 16. Owner of a house that I rent partially from April to October. I have been using Conciairgerie's services since September 2016. I remain satisfied with the regular and complete linen service, the management of arrivals and generally the housekeeping service.
2 desired sources of improvement: resume direct telephone communication with the regular house manager (currently I have been asked to communicate only by email with the Account Manager).
And 2nd: there's a lack of transparency on rentals in terms of the number of "guests" and rental amounts.

Encontramos um apartamento totalmente limpo e com tudo que precisávamos para a nossa estadia, só não tinha um saca rolha para abrir vinho, porém compramos um e deixamos lá de presente para os próximos hospedes. I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for Paris Fashion Week and my stay was incredible! The host was very responsive and the location was perfect. This is an excellent apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it's exactly as advertised. The space is large and flowing, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the well-equipped kitchen is a good size and there are plenty of towels. The neighborhood is great, very family friendly, and the apartment is just a short walk from Parmentier and the great sights of Paris. I highly recommend this apartment.

El departamento es súper bonito y tienes todas las comodidades desde lavadora hasta cocina , cafetera etc, solo les sugerimos que la entrega de las llaves sea más eficiente, ya que fue bastante complejo encontrar el lugar, y prácticamente por suerte encontramos en apartamento donde retirarlas, por lo demás todo es excelente está a poco más de una cuadra del metro hay supermercados y una panadería súper cerca

As the owner of a property that we only occupy during the vacations, I've been using the services of La Conciergerie since 2020 in Switzerland. I find their service perfectly in line with our expectations and am satisfied with the income generated by short-term rentals. We haven't found any other provider offering a complete laundry, check-in and cleaning service that is so regular, and have no intention of changing. Admittedly, they're not always easy to get hold of on the phone, but we've always received replies to our e-mails.

Excellent concierge service
I've been entrusting my apartment in the 15th arrondissement of Paris to the conciairgerie for 8 months now, and I'm taking the liberty of writing this comment to highlight their professionalism, thoroughness and responsiveness. I stayed in AlIs apartment as a solo traveler for three weeks. I absolutely loved the neighborhood and the apartment I stayed in. I lived in a very central and cozy place in Paris, where there was a lot to do, shopping, nice and good restaurants/cafes and exciting sights.
The apartment was so lovely, a newly renovated clean place that looks exactly like the pictures. The host has provided everything you need to stay for longer periods. The host is easy to get in touch with and is welcoming.

Visited Paris for the first time in my life and the apartment only increased the overall delight! Convenient and quiet location, within walking distance of the most famous places. La Conciairgerie is a company that manages your short-term rentals. We are your trusted third party, enabling you to increase your income without having to deal with the hassle of renting.

With La Conciairgerie, you can take advantage of your absence to rent out your apartment effortlessly. Taking photos, creating your ad, managing reservations, welcoming travelers, cleaning and hotel linen, assistance: La Conciairgerie takes care of everything.

You don't have to make any effort to welcome visitors, all you have to do is indicate when your home is available.

We are now present in Paris and its inner suburbs, and will soon be available in Nice and Cannes.

Pricing and payments

We carefully write ads, select the most relevant distribution platforms for your property (Airbnb, HomeAway, Booking.com....) and dynamically manage rates.

The rental rate for your apartment will be adapted according to various criteria to ensure maximum profitability: (day of the week, seasons, market competition, local events).

We take care of the complete management of your rentals for a commission of 20%, including tax, of the amount of each rental.

Cleaning costs, which vary according to the size and number of beds in the apartment, are paid by travelers and set by us.
