Pricing and payments
We carefully write ads, select the most relevant distribution platforms for your property (Airbnb, HomeAway, Booking.com....) and dynamically manage rates.
The rental rate for your apartment will be adapted according to various criteria to ensure maximum profitability: (day of the week, seasons, market competition, local events).
We take care of the complete management of your rentals for a commission of 25%, including tax, of the amount of each rental.
Cleaning costs, which vary according to the size and number of beds in the apartment, are paid by travelers and set by us.
